William Tapley says he is the “third eagle of the Apocalypse”, co-prophet of the End Times.

In this video, he proves himself by interpreting the dream of a king — Barack Obama, who had a dream about the end of the world but did not understand it.

First, he explains why Barack Obama is the leopard which comes out of the sea in Daniel 7. Obama, Tapley says, has a skin color that is both black and white. Just like any other leopard. He also has four heads and four wings.

In case you missed those when looking at his pictures, the heads and wings actually refer to his being the 44th President.

Finally, like the leopard, he was given power and dominion.

Next will come the one-world Communist tyranny.

The dream? Obama dreamt that he was walking through a village, and people watching him were scared of something behind him. He heard the growl of a leopard behind him and ran through the African jungle, stumbling on vines . . . Collapsing in a bright clearing, he saw day turn to night as he turned about, and a huge human figure in a loincloth and ghostly mask told him it was TIME.

Tapley says this is a message from God! The interpretation? The period when Obama is walking is his early life. The growling of the leopard behind him is the first hints of his future. He runs, stumbling over life’s obstacles. He enters the clearing, where all is made clear to him. Then, and only then, does the figure behind him become a gigantic human — Obama himself, a “huge figure” in human history!

Why would Obama be so afraid? Because, as Tapley explains in part two, he believes Obama blocked the memory of the rest of his dream. Tapley, since he is the third eagle of the Apolcalypse, can tell us what Obama doesn’t remember about a dream he had in 1988:

In Tapley’s Bible prophecy, Babylon represents the United States, and Nebuchadnezzar represents Obama. So, using Nebuchadnezzar’s dreams, Tapley structures the end of Obama’s dream.

He ties Obama’s dream of the great figure to Nebuchadnezzar’s dream of the giant gold statue in Daniel 2, and the tall tree in Daniel 4 — which both represented Nebuchadnezzar.

In both cases, the figure (statue or tree) is hewn down. This is what Obama has to look forward to, Tapley says. It could be an assassination attempt, or the collapse of the United States during Obama’s reign!
